Product Information

All discs supplied are CDG Format (CD Audio plus graphics). CDG discs can be played on any standard CD, DVD or karaoke player. CDG backings are generally created in European, U.S. and Canadian studios and offer superior fidelity and accuracy over other formats.

Please note that tracks are not available individually. Each disc contains multiple titles. In many cases, the same track will appear on a number of discs. Careful track/disc search will maximize the number of useable tracks.

The majority of recordings contain backing vocals and or harmonies.

Ordering Policy

Bignote Productions is not liable for incorrect disc selections.In the event of an incorrect title being supplied, Bignote Productions will supply the correct title within 7 days of receiving the incorrectly supplied disc from the purchaser or supply the correct title as soon as stock becomes available.

Returns and/or replacements are limited to faulty and/or damaged discs. If you receive a disc from us that is faulty or damaged, don't hesitate to Contact Us via email or phone including your order number, name, and other relevant details. Discs are supplied in plastic sleeves and include manufacturer's paper parts. Standard cases are often damaged during postal handling.

Bignote Productions accepts no liability for discs/tracks that don’t meet individual requirements. All backings are professional re-creations of original works and thus will vary slightly. Arrangements and keys are generally consistent with the original work.
Back orders will be supplied as soon as stock becomes available.


Postage

Please note that dispatch is subject to credit card approval.

Within Australia:
For security and expediency we only use express post within Australia. All discs are supplied in plastic sleeves to minimize the risk of damage.

International:
All International postage is by Air Mail and whilst we expedite your discs from Australia delivery will still be subject to your local postal service time frames.

Legal

The copying, sale, rental, broadcasting and distribution of recorded material contained on audio CD’s without prior consent of the copyright holder is a breach of international copyright law. All rights reserved.

Due to potential abuse of Copyright Law, disc replacement will be limited to faulty and/or damaged stock.
